From the moment you arrive at Albion Cottage you will be enthralled by the fantastic views enjoyed from all sides of the cottage. Relax and enjoy your “welcome refreshments” while watching the world go by in all manner of craft on the water. Settle in and wake up to having breakfast on the sun-trapped South-East facing private terrace. Take a walk around the shared landscaped marina gardens, perhaps meeting some of your fellow neighbours. Call into the marina’s own licensed bistro, The Shed, for a leisurely drink or bite to eat. Walk around the marina to the town and hire a day boat to keep on your own mooring, book a sightseeing boat tour, or buy your bait to go fishing from outside your patio door. End the day watching your favourite TV in the living room or bedrooms

Albion cottage enjoys a private South-East sunny veranda with beautiful views.
Enjoying its own mooring, perfect for fishing or mooring your own or hired day boat right outside your veranda doors.
View of the new garden rockery and fishing corner just outside the doors onto veranda.
Enjoy breakfast on your sun-trapped South-East facing veranda, or have a bar-b-q and eat it at your private table, and then fish from the newly created fishing corner.
Garden enjoys plenty of wildlife with swans, geese, ducks and a heron is a regular visitor. Even an otter comes occasionally.
